Instead of leaving that multi-million-dollar expertise in a corporate boardroom, he brought it directly to the pavement.
He runs the Doggo Cubano operation like a culinary laboratory. While our tech stack runs on AI, the food runs entirely on Yainer’s obsessive passion. As a dedicated father and master home cook building a legacy for his kids, he has successfully fused the ruthless discipline of national retail management with the unapologetic soul of a family kitchen.
